    THE LUCITE LEADERS

Ever wonder where the trophies companies hand out every once in a while, come from? You’ve probably wanted one once in your career. Why shouldn’t you? It’s a symbol of achievement and great work. They just don’t hand it to everybody. Getting one is a sign that you’re special. You did something great and now everyone can see that.

Like all things though, these plaques are actually manufactured. They’re carefully made so that they can last a long time. They’re also made of Lucite, which is a clear and heavy material that not just anybody can mold and cut. If you get the right manufacturer for your company, you’ll never have to worry about being in short supply of awards to give.

    Any Shape and Size

Unlike regular trophies which come in standard shapes (they’re either look like an overgrown cup or columns stacked on top of each other), these lucite paperweights can be more varied. While they can come in the standard cube or rectangular form for a more straightforward approach, you can request to have it in any shape that you desire. Stars are most requested, but why not have one in your company logo? The choice is yours. All you need to do is do it in the form the awardee will most likely appreciate.

    Short and Sweet

A great looking award can be brought down by unnecessary wording. When you’re giving an award, make sure what’s on it is straight to the point yet appreciative. No one like reading a ton of words that ultimately don’t say much. It’ll also make the Lucite trophy much classier. If you have a beautifully shaped one with minimal words it will be a keeper.

    Frozen in Time

One thing a lot of award givers do is to request for items to be placed within the award itself. You may have seen one of those before. It’s an object that looks like it’s been frozen in time in this clear object. It’s as if they placed it in a tub of water and froze it into the award it looks like currently. There’s actually a lot you can do with these seemingly simple objects.

Let your creativity run wild with the awards you give. Sure, the clear Lucite tombstone is standard and has been used for ages, but there’s still a lot you can do with it. The important thing is you recognize your employees.
